Backup your system in 3 mouse-clicks!

   

The hard disk crash, virus or accidentally deleted files - there are many reasons for well-running Windows to suddenly stop working or starting. This problem has a fast solution - disk image, complete copy of whole or part of hard disk. 7tools Partition Imager provides easy interface to create a disk image, store it on any media, even burn it directly on CD or DVD disc. Delivered with ISO image of Recovery CD, it enables quick and easy system and data recovery in any situation.

   

Backup your data or system
1. Backup and restore partition. FAT16/32, NTFS, Ext 2/3 FS are fully supported. All other partitions can also be treated in sector-by-sector mode.

2. Burn backup image directly on CD or DVD.

3. Backup not-mounted (hidden) partitions or save backup images on them (including FAT, NTFS and Ext2/3 file systems).

4. Image Explorer - browse your backup image and restore only the needed files or directories.

5. Backup and restore your hard disk. Restored disk immediately becomes bootable.

6. Simple Recovery - boot from Recovery CD, access the backup image (any, even located on hidden partition), restore partition or hard disk.

 

Hard disk deployment and maintenance
1. Disk to disk copy allows to upgrade your hard disk and deploy the new one easily. The new disk immediately becomes bootable.

2. Create more than one primary partition.

3. Check sector surface. This may help you restore some of the surface marked as "bad" on existing partitions.

4. Boot from Recovery CD to perform any maintenance operations via DOS and Linux version of the Program or to use NTFS for Linux Driver to fix some critical system files on the NTFS partitions on the hard drive.

 
 

Reorganize data
1. Create, delete, format partitions.

2. Set partition attributes like active/inactive, hidden/unhidden.

3. Set partition ID and label.

4. Copy partitions without data loss.

5. Copy FAT, NTFS, Ext2/3 FS partitions with simultaneous size change.

 

Other useful abilities
1. Preview changes. Virtual pre-execution of operations lets you make sure that the desired result will be achieved.

2. Check file system integrity.

3. View archive info, create and send logs.

4. Disk editor utility (for advanced users).

5. ISO Burning utility to burn a bootable Recovery CD, which includes DOS and Linux versions of the Partition Imager and allows access to all FAT, NTFS and Ext2/3 FS partitions to place or read backup image.
