Have you ever
been in a situation when you desperately need some data
but you do not have access to them? Your computer may
have crashed and does not boot any more from the local
hard disk. You have not done backup for months and you
feel awful as you are about to lose everything you have
recently worked on. Would you like to do postmortem
backup and save all important data? Paragon
Rescue Kit will surely help you under such circumstances.
You can rescue your information when someone else might
think it is too late. Actually, it is never late for
data recovery and this product may cure even hopeless
cases.
Data recovery is a
real headache both for home users and
IT professionals. The threat to lose
access to important information after
a computer failure hangs like a sword
of Damocles over millions of computer
users who are too busy to do regular
and systematic backup of everything.
Moreover, even daily backup, which
is such a tiresome procedure, is not
insurance against hardware and software
failures during the day. The possibility
to have a powerful tool, which would
be able to rescue extremely
important data without looking
back on previous backup operations,
may give a new feeling of independence
and reliability to anxious computer
users. Paragon Rescue Kit is exactly
intended to help users in such expectations.
Paragon Rescue Kit is an integrated software package to
get access to files wherever they are, whatever unpleasant
has happened to the computer hard disk and whenever you
need them. No matter what operation system and file system
you had used on the failed computer, just boot from Paragon
Recovery CD and you will again see the file system
with all your invaluable files. Then you can save the whole
hard disk partitions or separate files to new, safer locations,
or record them to CD/DVDs using the embedded recorder.
Paragon Rescue Kit includes a bundle of Paragon's proprietary
drivers for different operating systems (DOS, Linux, Windows
95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP) and different file systems (FAT, FAT32,
NTFS, Ext2/3FS, EAFS, HTFS). They are accompanied by a
set of powerful tools such as: Paragon Drive Backup, Paragon
Image Explorer, Paragon Partition Manager Lite, Paragon
Volume Explorer, Paragon Easy CD/DVD Recorder and generic
file managers. Paragon Recovery CD brings all the main
tools together to use them in case of emergency. At the
same time, these utilities and drivers may be also used
separately depending on your needs.
The product is available as Personal
and Professional versions. The Personal
version provides basic functionality
for standard recovery scenarios. The
Professional version includes advanced
features, e.g. Boot Corrector, network
support for Recovery CD, support of dynamic
disks, read/write access to NTFS partitions
in the DOS environment. For details,
see Version
Comparison. |
